Mercedes-Benz 220SE in Metallic Blue – Variant 1

Description

Here is a very fine example of the second issue of the 220SE. This lacks the expensive steering mechanism but has a lovely colour instead – and also gets a suitcase added to the boot (as well as the spare wheel as before).

There is a slight difference to the casting too, wit this one having a quarter light pillar and a curved edge to the boot at the hinged side instead of being straight as before.

The emblem is in place and the paintwork nearly as new apart from one chip on the boot. The windows are all clean and clear and the suspension and tyres excellent.
