Description
A superb example of this model. It is not only in near mint condition but also comes with its original and lovely box. The box is crisp and firm with bright colours, just like it would have looked in the shop in the 1960s.
This is the second edition of the dropside trailer, now fitted with a fixed metal drawbar in place of the wire.
Usually items like this would have been taken out of the box, the box discarded and the trailer filled with gravel or mud and driven around behind a tractor or lorry, collecting chips and scratches along the way. So it is quite a find to have one that has probably seldom been out of its box at all in the last 50 years!
