Description
A very early original Corgi but not that early. This is the second version that came out in 1958 with the single front screen as opposed to the split screen of the 1956 releases.
It is billed in some places as a ‘Personnel Carrier’ but I used to call these Dormobiles and that is also what is written on the baseplate!
This edition, in this shade of blue and light yellow was not around for very long so this is quite a decent example to have.
The model is totally as it was and, apart from wear and tear to the paintwork it is excellent. A good example of the genre. They are hard to find in reasonable condition.
