Description
The first version which came out in 1959, based on the existing Jaguar 2.4. Finding one of these with the complete roof element took a while! So many are missing the bell.
This is in good condition, just a few paint chips but not at all bad and the wheels are good as are the screens and silverwork.
It has always struck me as a bit odd that Fire Chiefs would have had a Jaguar and I really don’t remember seeing anything like this at the time but I guess some lucky guys must have had them.
The roof element is the same as used on the Riley Pathfinder police car.
