Description
Made of 1.2mm hardened spring steel, the chassis combines previously unmatched lower center of gravity and excellent flex characteristics. Extensive refinement of the production process enabled the required chassis flatness and hardness to be achieved. The result is an incredibly long-lasting chassis that will outlast its carbon and aluminium counterparts due to being more wear resistant and able to retain adequate flatness for longer.
The thinner chassis design requires specifically machined screws, redesigned bulkheads allowing the dampers to be spaced up to recover some lost up-travel and updated lower bumper support moulding. These items are all included in the Steel Chassis Conversion Set.
