Farm Trailer No. 51 – Early Production Model

Description

This trailer was issued with the Massey Ferguson 65 tractor and, as with the tractor, there are two main editions, one with metal wheels and a later edition with plastic wheels.

The yellow paint remains the same but the early editions have a slightly brighter shade of red and can be distinguished by the pin in the chassis for the lifting mechanism. In early editions it was inserted from the right, later from the left.

This is a good example of the early type with metal wheels. There is some wear to the paintwork but it is fully operational and all original.
