Description
This set features a combination that will have been available for a very limited period in 1964. It is the second type of deep green Land Rover, evidenced by the large triangle shape for a window lever, coupled with a red 102 Pony trailer which has shaped free wheels and a solid drawbar. This combination would be superceded by the fawn and cream combination.
The Land Rover has very good paintwork apart from the usual wear to the roof edges. It has good windows and suspension, tyres etc., a nice example.
The Pony Trailer has been restored which is probably how the free-spinning shaped wheels have arrived on a red 102 model. The pony is missing.
