Hillman Husky – 1:43 Rare Turquoise Variant of the Classic Estate Car

Description

The Mechanical edition had a short life, withdrawn in 1959 and this is a particularly rare edition in turquoise, a similar colour to that used on the Austin Cambridge.

It is all original and in good condition with signs of playwear but still bright wheels and nice windows. A very clean model and the friction motor still works.

There are a few traces of pink crayon or wax on the sills and bumpers. 

This is quite a special item that is extremely hard to find now. Indeed, it is the first I have encountered in many years of collecting and accordingly it commands a very high price. It is in my collection and that will be the cost of removing it unless another happens to come along.
