Description
The first Corgi Land Rover was issued in blue with a white roof and yellow with a black roof. The green one was only issued in the Gift Set with a Pony Trailer. Neither the blue nor yellow 406 models had a canopy.
This is a wonderful example of a blue and cream model with smooth wheels rather than shaped. It also, unusually, has no ‘handles’ at the rear, making it a little scarce.
There is a nice, complete old-style blue box with this one too which is all original. It has signs of wear from handling over the years but is still firm and in good condition.
