This is the Carb Retainer for the 21 RX, RG, RZ, and EX engine lines from OS. 
This is the part that holds the carb in place, it is located just under the   
carb and is black in color.  This has two halves that are pulled together by  
one cap head screw.                                                           
FEATURES: Steel construction                                                   
INCLUDES: One complete carb retainer                                           
2.5x20mm screw                                                       
COMMENTS: This is a direct replacement part only, it may work on other engines 
but has not been researched.
