Description
A lovely version of the Corgi 264 model by Auto Pilen.
This is the silver-plated edition and is in excellent shiny condition with no faults that I can detect. There chrome on the bumpers and sills is complete. The screens are clear and clean and are type without engraved windscreen wipers. The red interior is very clean. This has the added extra of opening doors and these operate very nicely.
The headlamp operating system works beautifully.
These models were made with a base that has screws so repairs and replacement of some elements can be achieved much more simply than with the rivetted Corgis. However, I believe this is entirely original.
