Description
This was a popular model, a great-looking sports car with those wonderful pop-up headlamps and this was the first to feature wire wheels. It was issued initially in metallic cerise and early models can be found with shaped wheels. Later silver (both normal metallic and a polychromatic, creamy type) and this rare bronze colours were issued.
This is an excellent example and all original. There are a few chips to the paintwork but the screens are all good and clear. The chrome is also very good. Often the chrome has come off over the years and left either a bright yellow or dull white-grey plastic showing beneath. The same is true for the bonnet engine covers, both nice and well-chromed still in this example.
This has an original box but it is missing several flaps and shows signs of wear.
