Description
This is a scarce model, available only for a short period in 1965 when it sold just 28000, a very low number. That’s only a few more than the 351S RAF Land Rover and we know how difficult that is to find now.
It is the 1131 Machinery Carrier with a coat of matt khaki paint and a single white star on the roof of the cab. This can be found with red or lemon interior and this one has the red. The model is a superb restoration and is in super condition, the only fault being a crack in the front screen.
Both spare tyres are in place and the detachable rear axle works as it should. This is a nice find and missing from many collections.
